Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Performance

Quality control and safety are paramount at Turbopower. Our employees adhere to the strictest safety guidelines and are continually trained and cross-trained within disciplines to improve their skills. This constant on-the-job training allows our employees to better understand each department’s role, helps keep everyone focused, and provides a complete picture as to how each employee adds value to the overhaul and repair program.

We have the following safety initiatives in place:

• Monthly on-the-job training in a classroom environment includes safety training such as Lock Out/Tag Out and Machine Guarding.
• Safety Boot/Shoe Credit Program where the employees receive a yearly credit towards his/her purchase.
• Monthly Safety Committee meetings comprised of employees from all levels of the organization.
• Safety Incentive Programs which reward employees for reporting unsafe acts/conditions in order to avoid potential accidents.​
