Digital Marketing Specialist
Turbopower, LLC (“Turbopower” or the “Company”) is a rapidly growing provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for gas turbine engines, auxiliary power units and component parts to military and commercial customers worldwide. The Company primarily services Pratt & Whitney PT6 and Rolls-Royce T56 engines and holds numerous quality and customer certifications, including FAA Part 145 repair station and Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Center certification. Turbopower operates out of a state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot facility with on-site engine test cells. Turbopower is an affiliate of Battle Investment Group, LLC and is based in Opa-Locka, FL.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will support digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales support across its global aerospace programs. This role focuses on hands‑on execution of digital campaigns, marketing automation, and event support, applying core marketing principles such as segmentation, customer journeys, and funnel stages. In addition, the role will work closely with the Sales team to ensure campaigns are relevant, well‑executed, and measurable. This position also supports international trade shows and customer events, to include domestic and international travel.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot), including emails, landing pages, forms, and basic automation workflows.
- Apply foundational marketing theory (segmentation, targeting, lifecycle stages) when building and deploying campaigns.
- Maintain campaign schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and coordinate execution across internal stakeholders.
- Support lead capture, scoring, and routing processes in collaboration with Sales and CRM teams.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging aligned with commercial and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content supporting campaigns, trade shows, product updates, and company announcements.
- Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics to help refine content and improve reach and relevance.
Marketing Automation & Data Management:
- Manage contact lists, audience segmentation, and data quality within Salesforce.
- Assist with lead nurture programs aligned to customer journey stages.
- Ensure accurate campaign tagging and documentation to support reporting and attribution
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversion.
- Prepare basic campaign performance summaries and dashboards for internal review.
- Identify opportunities for optimization based on data and feedback.
Sales & Commercial Support
- Support Sales with digital follow-up campaigns tied to customer meetings, proposals, and key touchpoints.
- Assist with account-based marketing activities for priority customers under guidance from marketing and sales leadership.
- Coordinate digital communications aligned with the commercial sales cycle.
International Trade Shows & Events:
- Support planning and execution of international trade shows and customer events in coordination with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Assist with pre-event promotion, on-site marketing support, and post-event lead follow-up campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing collateral, digital assets, and lead capture processes.
- Travel domestically and internationally, as required, to support industry events and customer engagements.
Content & Brand Support:
- Assist with maintaining marketing and sales assets to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Coordinate updates to digital content, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain awareness of competitor messaging and market activity to inform campaign updates.
Education, Experience & Professional Attributes:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience required with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot preferred).
- Working knowledge of marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, customer journeys, and funnel concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Adept at navigating CRM systems, analyzing metrics, and leveraging digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced MRO environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional professionals.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing computer-based work, attending meetings, or preparing marketing materials.
- Ability to walk through shop areas as needed to gather content, observe operations, or support internal communications as well as wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed.
- Ability to occasionally bend, reach, or carry light items such as marketing materials, camera equipment, laptops, or display items.
Travel:
- Domestic and international up to 25% will be required in accordance with Company travel policies.
